Mattel Innovation Challenge
Proposed a sales promotion strategy that eventually helped boost sales of Mattel products in India, across multiple brands, by up to 100% for selected retail accounts.

All India Management Association (AIMA)
Presented the winning paper on "Building Sustainable Indian Multinationals -Agenda for action ". Published in AIMA's Annual journal.
WINNER - 1st PLACE - GLOBAL
Perfetti Van Melle / Eyeka
Won first place in a global product innovation challenge by Perfetti Van Melle for its brand, Airheads. The challenge was held on creative crowdsourcing platform, Eyeka, and I placed first among 70 participants and 106 entries from 33 countries.
1st RUNNER-UP - NATIONAL
MTV and IMT Ghaziabad
Designed and presented an innovative concept for a Radio station for MTV, including content and marketing strategy at a national business university competition.
WINNER - 3rd PLACE - GLOBAL
Unilever - Eyeka
Won a global product innovation challenge by Unilever in the RTE foods segment. The challenge was held on creative crowdsourcing platform, Eyeka, and I placed third among 65 participants and 85 entries from 35 countries.
