'English for Employability' Initiative of the Times of India and the British Council. I taught a class of 18 students, age 16 to 34 in the urban slums of Mumbai. I used interactive role-plays and games to make learning more engaging and fun, and to encourage practice. The goal was to equip the students with basic conversational skills to set them up for better employment opportunities, eventually helping improve their community's economic condition.
