Mattel Innovation Challenge

Proposed an effective Sales promotion strategy that eventually helped increase retail sales of Mattel products in India, across categories, by up to 100% for selected retail accounts.

Regional Winner -AIMA

-All India Management Association - National Competition for Management Students-- Presented a paper on "Building Sustainable Indian Multinationals -Agenda for action ". Published in AIMA's Annual journal. The focus of our presentation was Innovation and Kaizen as an integral part of an organization's strategy.

National Runner up - 'Osse Innover'

'Osse Innover' by IMT Ghaziabad - Designed and presented an innovative concept for a Radio station for MTV, including content and marketing strategy at an all-India business school competition.

The Global Scholars Alpha Team

A Six Week practical, market-driven, company-sponsored, digital collaboration between 20 people from 15 countries working to help the London Taxi Company, manufacturers of the iconic Black cab, explore what the global taxi market will look like in 2025. By the end of the project, the team produced a report that will help influence future company decisions.

Teach India

'English for Employability' Initiative of the Times of India and the British Council. I taught a class of 18 students, age 16 to 34 in the urban slums of Mumbai. I used interactive role-plays and games to make learning more engaging and fun, and to encourage practice. The goal was to equip the students with basic conversational skills to set them up for better employment opportunities, eventually helping improve their community's economic condition.
